Spoke too soon about the stomach bug. Oh well. Spent most of Friday trying to rest and reading Luck in the Shadows. The bad guys are pretty clearly bad guys. The good guys are a little more interesting -- there's some interesting homoerotic angles that are refreshingly laid-back-and-matter-of-fact, in contrast to "oh my god, look! some of the characters aren't heteronormative!" And not every good guy likes the other good guys, which is also fun.
Mark has been wonderful letting me rest, and doing things like Son of House Painting. It's true; house-painting season is back.
